Sharon Carroll’s practice focuses on assisting private and publicly traded companies in a broad range of debt and equity capital markets transactions, including “SPAC” offerings, and PIPEs. She also regularly advises her clients on 1934 Act reporting requirements and various corporate governance matters. Sharon first joined Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP in 2014 and, after a brief stint overseas, she rejoined the Firm in 2022.
Devin Heck’s practice specializes in corporate formations, restructurings and forming a variety of private funds, including hedge funds and venture capital funds, together with their private offerings. Devin represents registered investment advisers and advises them on evaluating and structuring their investments, complex financing transactions, regulatory compliance and filings and exams with the Securities and Exchange Commission. She also leads the Firm’s merchant cash advance practice group. She represents funders and independent sales organizations (ISOs), assisting them with all aspects of the alternative commercial financing cycle, including capital raising, asset deployment and regulatory compliance. Devin joined the Firm in 2019.
