Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP Represents HWH International Inc. in $1.76 Million Public Offering

Press Release – New York, NY – January 6, 2025 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced today that it represented HWH International Inc. (Nasdaq: HWH) in a public offering of 3,162,500 shares of common stock and 1,250,000 pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of common stock. The shares and pre-funded warrants were offered at a public offering price of $0.40 per share and $0.3999 per pre-funded warrant, respectively.

D. Boral Capital LLC acted as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.
