Press Release – New York, NY – September 20, 2017 – The real estate practice group of SRFK announced today that it recently closed on a $63 million, 16 building, multi-family, portfolio acquisition for One Wall Partners.  One Wall Partners is a vertically integrated real estate investment firm that specializes in the acquisition, development and management of transit-oriented workforce housing.  The Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP team was led by partner Anthony Ficara, counsel Michael Wickersham and associate Laura Kim.
