Press Release – New York, NY – September 19, 2017 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP announced today that it has represented Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC. as sole book running manager in the underwritten public offering of American Depository Shares (ADS’s) of BiondVax Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. (NASDAQ: BVXV, TASE BVXV), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing a universal flu vaccine.
