Press Release – New York, NY – December 2, 2019 –  Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP acted as H-Cyte’s counsel in a $6.0 million private placement with FWHC, LLC at a price in excess of the market price. H-Cyte is the owner and operator of innovative medical technology products and services including LungCYTE and The Lung Health Institute. H-Cyte intends to utilize the funds to advance its development of industry-leading medical treatments for chronic lung diseases such as COPD. The SRF team was led by partner, Arthur Marcus.
