Press Release – New York, NY – November 5, 2019 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it represented A.G.P/ Alliance Global Partners as sole book running manager in the underwritten public offering of American Depository Shares (ADSs) and warrants of Safe-T Group Ltd., a provider of Secure Access solutions for on-premise and hybrid cloud environments (NASDAQ, TASE: SFET).
The offering, for aggregate gross proceeds of $3.5 million, consisted of 121,400 units and 378,500 pre-funded units. Each unit consisted of one ADS and a warrant to purchase 1.5 ADSs and each pre-funded unit consisted of one pre-funded warrant to purchase one ADS and one warrant to purchase 1.5 ADSs. The effective price of each unit and pre-funded unit was $7.00. The Sichenzia Ross Ference team was led by partners Gregory Sichenzia and Avital Perlman and associate Grant Levine.
