Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Zynex, Inc. in its $31.0 Million Acquisition of Kestrel Labs

Press Release – New York, NY – December 23, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that its mergers and acquisitions team represented Zynex, Inc. (NASDAQ ZYXI) in its acquisition of Kestrel Labs, Inc., a laser-based, noninvasive patient monitoring technology company.  

Zynex, Inc. acquired 100% of the stock of Kestrel Labs, Inc. The transaction closed at an approximate value of $31.0 million, consisting of $16.0 million in cash and approximately $15.0 million in Zynex common stock. 

Zynex, Inc. manufactures and sells noninvasive medical devices for pain management, rehabilitation and patient monitoring.
