Press Release – New York, NY – November 3, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented The Glimpse Group, Inc., a Virtual (“VR”) and Augmented Reality (“AR”) platform company offering enterprise-focused software, services and solutions (NASDAQ: VRAR), in a $15 million private placement. The gross proceeds to the Company from the offering are estimated to be approximately $13.7 million after expenses.
