Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents H.C. Wainwright in $2 Million Registered Direct Offering of HealthLynked

Press Release – New York, NY – September 1, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it represented H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC as exclusive placement agent in a $2 million registered direct offering of common stock of HealthLynked, Corp. (NASDAQ: “HLYK”), a global healthcare network focused on care management of its members and a provider of healthcare technologies that connects doctors, patients, and medical data. The registered direct offering consisted of the sale of 3,703,704 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $0.54 per share. In a concurrent private placement, HealthLynked issued to the investor in the offering unregistered warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,851,852 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.65 per share.

The shares of common stock were offered by HealthLynked, Corp. pursuant to a “shelf” registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-255371) previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and declared effective by the SEC on April 26, 2021.
