Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Biotricity in $15.15 Million Underwritten Public Offering and NASDAQ Uplisting

Press Release – New York, NY – August 31, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented Biotricity, Inc. (NASDAQ: BTCY), a medical diagnostic and consumer healthcare technology company, in an underwritten public offering. The offering consisted of 5,000,000 shares (the “Shares”) of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), at a price to the public of $3.00 per Share. The gross proceeds of the offering to the company were approximately $15.15 million including a partial exercise of the overallotment option.

H.C. Wainwright & Co. acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
