Press Release – New York, NY – February 28, 2020 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it represented Alliance Global Partners as lead placement agent in a registered direct offering of 1,351,350 Class A ordinary shares of Aptorum Group Limited (Nasdaq: “APM”), a biopharmaceutical company. The offering price was $7.40 per share for gross proceeds of $10 million.
The offering was made pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-235819) declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on January 15, 2020.
