Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Document Security Systems, Inc. in $4.6 Million Public Offering of Common Stock

Press Release – New York, NY – February 25, 2020 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented Document Security Systems, Inc. (NYSE American: DSS), a leader in anti-counterfeit, authentication and diversion protection technologies, in the underwritten public offering of 22,222,223 common shares, plus 3,333,333 shares from the exercise of the underwriter’s purchase option to cover overallotments, at a price of $0.18 per share for gross proceeds of $4.6 million.

The offering was made pursuant to an effective registration statement on Form S-1 (No. 333-236082). Aegis Capital Corp. acted as sole bookrunner.
