Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Alliance Global Partners as Financial Advisor in a $5.9 Million Warrant Exercise for ShiftPixy, Inc.
Press Release – New York, NY – January 31, 2022 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented Alliance Global Partners (AGP), as the financial advisor for the warrant exercise for ShiftPixy, Inc. (NASDAQ: PIXY). The Warrant Exercise Agreement consisted of 4,948,453 warrants exercised to common stock at a price per share of $1.20 for the holder, and the issuance of a new warrant to purchase up to 9,896,906 shares with an exercise price per share of $1.55. The gross proceeds from the cash exercise were approximately $5.9 million.
