Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents New Age Beverages Corp. in $12 Million Credit Facility

Press Release – New York, NY – August 24, 2018 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it has represented New Age Beverages Corporation (NASDAQ “NBEV”) in a loan and security agreement with Siena Lending Group LLC which provides for a $12 million aggregate principal amount revolving credit facility, which is subject to availability based on eligible accounts receivables and eligible inventory of the Company.
