Press Release – New York, NY – August 24, 2018 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it has represented New Age Beverages Corporation (NASDAQ “NBEV”) in a public offering of 8.2 million shares of its common stock at a price of $1.28 per share for gross proceeds to NBEV of $10.5 million.
