Press Release – New York, NY – April 6, 2026 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced that it represented Nuvini Group Limited (Nasdaq: NVNI), a leading serial acquirer and operator of B2B software companies, in its recently announced definitive agreement to acquire a 51% controlling interest in the American business of Beyondsoft Corporation, a global IT consulting and technology services firm.
Total consideration is expected to be approximately $80.7 million (subject to closing adjustments), implying an enterprise value of approximately $158 million, according to the parties.
