(Nasdaq: LIXT), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical and med-tech company focused on new targets for cancer drug development and developing and commercializing cancer therapies, in its recently announced proposed acquisition of NOMAD Transportable Power Systems, Inc., a market leader in deployable, utility-grade battery energy storage systems (BESS) and the first company to bring a mobile, utility-grade 1 MW BESS to market.
Upon closing of the proposed acquisition, the parties plan to name the newly combined company “NOMAD Power Solutions.”
