Press Release – New York, NY – March 9, 2026 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced that it is representing Dominari Securities LLC and Revere Securities LLC as financial advisors for the recently announced proposed merger between Aureus Greenway Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: AGH) and Autonomous Power Corporation, to form Powerus Corporation.
Upon completion of the merger (which was reported in the Wall Street Journal), the combined company plans to work to support American drone industry dominance through domestic manufacturing, autonomous systems innovation, and strategic defense partnerships.
SRFC also represented Dominari Securities as placement agent in the recently priced private placement for AGH for approximately $9 million.
