Introduction

John Elliott is a counsel in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

Experience

John has extensive civil litigation experience with a particular emphasis on the financial services industry, and regularly appears before state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), American Arbitration Association and JAMS.

Prior to joining Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP, John was associated with an international law firm where he focused on complex litigation matters, including class actions, commercial litigation, antitrust and intellectual property.

John is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
