Christopher is an experienced commercial litigator who represents individuals and businesses in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal.

Experience

With over 18 years of experience, Christopher advocates for his clients in federal and state court, arbitrations, administrative tribunal, and before appellate courts. With an emphasis on obtaining efficient and effective results, he also provides early dispute, pre-litigation counsel and represents clients in mediations.

Christopher concentrates in complex commercial litigation and securities litigation, and has successfully represented clients in a wide range of matters, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, unfair competition, RICO, real estate related litigation, insurance-related claims, investment-related claims and securities fraud. He also has significant experience in representing individuals in partnership and shareholder disputes.  Christopher prides himself on being proactive and creative. He is sensitive to his clients’ needs, values their input and works with his clients on formulating a litigation strategy that will meet their needs and goals.
