Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP Represents OriginClear, Inc. in $1.5M Acquisition of Progressive Water Treatment, Inc.
New York, NY – October 1, 2015 – Press Release—Nationally recognized securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced today that the Firm has represented OriginClear, Inc. (OTC:OOIL) a leading provider in water treatments, in their 100% acquisition of Progressive Water Treatment (“PWT”), Inc. OriginClear acquired PWT through the transfer of all issued and outstanding shares of PWT in exchange for 10,000 shares of OriginaClear’s Series B Preferred Stock. Each share of Series B Preferred Stock has a stated value of $150 per share and is be convertible into shares of the Company’s common stock at a conversion price of $0.03 per share, which may be converted to the Company’s common stock in three annual increments beginning 12 months from closing.
