Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP Represents Aegis Capital as Underwriter on $3.0M Public Offering

Press Release – New York, NY – August 10, 2015 – Nationally recognized securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced today that the Firm has represented Aegis Capital Corp.
as the sole underwriter on a public offering of  One Horizon Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: OHGI), a VoIP technology provider. The public offering consisted of 1,714,286 shares of the Company’s common stock and warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 857,143 shares of common stock at a combined offering price of $1.75 per share. The warrants will have a per share exercise price of $2.50. One Horizon Group received gross proceeds of approximately $3,000,000.
