Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP Represents Joseph Gunnar and Fordham Financial Management in $7.5 Million Public Offering of Aytu Bioscience, Inc.

Press Release – New York, NY – May 9, 2016 – Nationally recognized securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced today that it has represented Joseph Gunnar & Co. LLC as sole book-running manager and Fordham Financial Management, Inc. as lead manager in a firm commitment underwritten public offering of equity securities of Aytu BioScience, Inc.

The offering consisted of 18,750,000 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to 20,799,250 shares, including partial exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option. Each share of common stock and warrant to purchase one share of common stock were offered at a combined price to the public of $0.40. The common stock and warrants trade under the symbols “AYTU” and “AYTUW”, respectively. The Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP team was led by Partners Gregory Sichenzia and Marcelle Balcombe and associate Jeff Cahlon.
