Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP Represents Israeli-Based Wellsense on $2.0M Private Placement

Press Release — New York, NY – July 1, 2015 – New York based securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP (“SRFF”) announced today that the Firm has represented Enhanced Surface Dynamics Inc. D.B.A Wellsense USA, the creator of the Israeli-devised, bedsore monitoring device, on a $2 million private placement of the Company’s preferred stock and warrants.

Wellsense was developed at the Profiscope Campus, an Israeli technology incubator founded by Ran Poliakine, the founder of Powermat Technologies. Wellsense’s patented M.A.P. system uses continuous bedside pressure technology to allow caregivers the ability to monitor patients using pressure distribution data in real time. The Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP team was led by Partner Gregory Sichenzia, Of Counsel Peter DiCharia and Gary Emmanuel. National Securities Corporation acted as placement agent for the offering.
