Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Successfully Defends Client in Hostile Proxy Contest

Press Release – New York, NY – January 7, 2020 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP successfully defended its client, Document Security Systems, Inc., against dissident shareholders.  The shareholders abandoned their efforts after filing an insurgent proxy statement relating to the company’s December 9, 2019 annual meeting. The meeting was held as scheduled and the Board’s recommended slate of candidates was elected.
