Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Vuzix Corporation in $20 Million Registered Direct Offering

Press Release – New York, NY – July 8, 2019 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it has represented Vuzix Corporation (NASDAQ “VUZI”) in a Registered Direct public offering of approximately 5.48 million registered shares of common stock at a price of $3.65 per share and approximately 5.48 million common stock purchase warrants with an exercise price of $4.10 per share  for gross proceeds to Vuzix of approximately $20 million. The Special Equities Group, a division of Bradley Woods & Co.
