(NASDAQ: VERB), the leader in interactive video-based sales-enablement applications, in a $7.2 Million Underwritten Public Offering of common stock. The offering consisted of 36,051,000 shares of common stock (the “Offering”) at a price of $0.20 per share.
Aegis Capital Corp. acted as the sole book-running manager for the Offering.
