Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Splash Beverage Group, Inc. in $9.2 Million Underwritten Public Offering

Press Release – New York, NY – February 18, 2022 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented Splash Beverage Group, Inc. (NYSE American: SBEV), a portfolio company of leading beverage brands, in an underwritten public offering. The offering consisted of 2,300,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $4.00 per share. The gross proceeds of the offering to the company were approximately $9.2 million.

EF Hutton, division of Benchmark Investments, LLC, acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering.

The shares were issued pursuant to a Form S-3 registration statement (No. 333-259865) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and declared effective by the SEC on October 8, 2021.
