Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Revere Securities, LLC in a $5 Million Initial Public Offering of Ordinary Shares of Millennium Group International Holdings Ltd

Press Release – New York, NY – April 7, 2023 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it represented Revere Securities, LLC  in a $5,000,000 initial public offering of ordinary shares of Millennium Group International Holdings Ltd., (NASDAQ: “MGIH”) a paper-based packaging solutions supplier. The offering consisted of 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per ordinary share, for total gross proceeds of $5 million.
