Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Parsec Capital Acquisition Corp. in $86.3 Million Initial Public Offering
Press Release – New York, NY – October 11, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it represented Parsec Capital Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: PCXCU) in its initial public offering. PCXCU is a Special Purpose Acquisition Company pursuing companies that lead in emerging and transformational technologies for the aerospace and defense sector. The Parsec Management team is led by Patricia Trompeter, former Chief Financial Officer at GE Capital with an All-Star board including:
- William F. Readdy, a former Naval Aviator and the Director of NASA. Mr. Readdy commanded the space shuttle, Atlantis on its docking mission to the Russian Mir Space Station.
- Daniel Elwell, a former Air Force Lieutenant Colonel who was the former Deputy and Acting Administrator for the FAA, as well as the Managing Director for International and Government Affairs at American Airlines.
- Alec Burger, the former Chief Executive Officer at GE Capital Real Estate and Paul Haber who has served on numerous public company boards of directors.
The offering consisted of 8,624,000 units, each of which includes one of the Company’s Class A common stock and one redeemable warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock. The offering included the exercise in full by the underwriters of their overallotment option to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 units.
EF Hutton, division of Benchmark Investments, LLC, acted as sole book running manager for the offering.
