Press Release – New York, NY – August 2, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it represented H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC as sales agent in a $6 million At-The-Market Offering (“ATM”) of Sonoma Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: “SNOA”) common stock.
The shares were registered on SNOA’s registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-250925), which was declared effective by the SEC on December 22, 2020, and prospectus supplement relating to the ATM filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 30, 2021.
