Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Good Gaming, Inc. in $3.1 Million Private Placement Offering

Press Release – New York, NY – November 18, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented Good Gaming, Inc., a gaming brand offering collaborative spaces for gamers and the developer of MicroBuddies (OTCQB: GMER), in a $3.1 million private placement. The offering included 20,733,337 shares of its common stock (and common stock equivalents) and warrants to purchase 20,733,337 shares of common stock with a combined purchase price for one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase one share of common stock of $0.15. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.20 per share. The gross proceeds to the Company from the offering are estimated to be approximately $3.1 million.
