Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Document Security Systems, Inc. in $6 Million Public Offering of Common Stock

Press Release – New York, NY – June 22, 2020 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented Document Security Systems, Inc. (NYSE American: DSS), a multinational company operating businesses focused on brand protection technology, blockchain security, direct marketing, healthcare, real estate, and securitized digital assets, in a public offering of 769,230 shares of the company’s common stock at a price of $7.80 per share. The offering was made pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-238587) which was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and declared effective on June 16, 2020.

Aegis Capital Corp. acted as sole bookrunner for the offering.
