Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Alset EHome International Inc. in $30.0 Million Underwritten Public Offering

Press Release – New York, NY – December 9, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented Alset EHome International Inc. (NASDAQ: AEI), a diversified holdings company principally engaged through its subsidiaries in the development of EHome communities and other property development, financial services, digital transformation technologies, biohealth activities sand consumer products, in an underwritten public offering. The offering consisted of shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants at a price to the public of $0.60 per share and $0.599 per pre-funded warrant. The gross proceeds of the offering to the company were approximately $30 million.

Aegis Capital Corp. acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
