Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Aegis Capital Corp. in $81 Million Underwritten Public Offering for Farmmi, Inc.

Press Release – New York, NY – September 15, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented Aegis Capital Corp. as sole book runner in an underwritten public offering for Farmmi, Inc. (NASDAQ: FAMI). The offering included 388,261,717 ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase ordinary shares. The gross proceeds of the offering to the company were approximately $81 million.

The offering was made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form F-3 (No 333-254036) previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and declared effective by the SEC on March 16, 2021.
