Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Aegis Capital Corp in $15 Million Registered Direct Offering of Molecular Data Inc.

Press Release – New York, NY – September 22, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it represented Aegis Capital Corp. as exclusive placement agent in a $15 million registered direct offering of Molecular Data Inc. (NASDAQ: “MKD”) a leading technology-driven platform in China’s chemical industry. The registered direct offering consisted of the purchase and sale of common units, consisting of one American Depositary Share, each representing three of its Class A ordinary shares, and one warrant to purchase one ADS, and pre-funded units consisting of one pre-funded warrant to purchase one ADS and one warrant to purchase one ADS.  The gross proceeds of the offering were approximately $15 million.  

The securities were offered by Molecular Data Inc. pursuant to a “shelf” registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-256451) previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
