Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents A.G.P./ Alliance Global Partners as Placement Agent in $12 Million Private Placement of ShiftPixy, Inc.
Press Release – New York, NY – September 9, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it represented A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners as sole placement agent in a private placement of ShiftPixy, Inc., with a large institutional investor. The offering consisted of (i) 2,850,000 shares of its common stock together with warrants to purchase up to 2,320,000 shares of common stock, and (ii) 4,670,000 pre-funded warrants with each pre-funded warrant exercisable for one share of common stock, together with common warrants to purchase up to 4,670,000 shares of common stock. Each share of common stock and accompanying common warrant were sold together at a combined offering price of $1.595, and each pre-funded warrant and accompanying common warrant were sold together at a combined offering price of $1.5949. The gross proceeds of the offering were approximately $12 million.
