Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Adds Two Key Additions to its Corporate and Securities Law Team
Press Release – New York, NY – January 12, 2022 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP, a leading full service law firm, announced today Jennifer Trowbridge and Raquel Vazquez have joined the firm’s corporate and securities practice.
Jennifer Trowbridge joins SRF as Counsel, practicing corporate securities, corporate finance, and corporate transactions as well as general corporate governance for both private and publicly traded companies. She assists clients with private and public offerings (Regulation D, Reg A+, etc.), registration of securities (Forms S-1, S-8, etc.), mergers, acquisitions, stock and asset purchases and periodic filing compliance (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.) and more.
Most recently, Ms. Trowbridge was Junior Partner at Jacko Law Group, PC where she advised clients with respect to compliance with securities laws. She also served as In-House Counsel of a privately held vertically integrated cannabis company and advised not only corporate governance and securities laws, but compliance with the patchwork of cannabis laws and regulations. Since 2015, she has taught both the Introduction to Business Entities and Introduction to Intellectual Property classes at the University of San Diego School Law’s Paralegal Program. She obtained her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she received the CALI and Witkin Awards for Constitutional Law and Role of Small Business in Community Economic Development, as well as the Pro Bono Honors Award. She received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego and her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
Raquel Vazquez joins SRF as a Senior Paralegal, possessing over 19 years of experience in the corporate and securities industry. Her experience focuses primarily in the areas of corporate law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private offerings. She supports public and private companies at various stages of development with corporate entity formation and maintenance, corporate governance and securities regulations compliance matters.
Ms. Vazquez also assists clients in the preparation and filing of 1933 Act and 1934 Act reporting documents including quarterly and annual public regulatory disclosures required by the Securities and Exchange Commission, filings with state regulatory authorities and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Prior to joining SRF, she served as Senior Paralegal at the Jacko Law Group, PC, as well as a corporate and securities paralegal at the Stoecklein Law Group.
