Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner Represents Shared Labs, Inc. in $2.5 Million Private Offering

Press Release – August 3, 2017, –– New York, NY –– Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP (“SRFK”) announced today that the Firm has represented Shared Labs, Inc., in a PIPE offering with selected accredited Investors.

SRFK advised Shared Labs on a private offering for gross proceeds of $2,549,500. This offering consisted of 1,019,800 shares of common stock at $2.50 per share. The offering additionally consisted of warrants to purchase up to 203,960 shares of common stock for a three year term at an exercise price of $5.00. The transaction closed August 3, 2017.
