Press Release – New York, NY – March 21, 2017 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP announced today that it has represented Rodman & Renshaw a unit of H.C. Wainwright as Exclusive Placement Agent in the public offering of common stock and Warrants of Innovus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“INNV.OTC).

Innovus is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on OTC non –prescription drugs to improve men’s and women’s health. Innovus received approximately $3.85 million in gross proceeds from the sale of 25,666,669 shares common stock and an equal number of 1 and 5 year warrants sold at a price to the public of $.15 per share and $.15 exercise price of the warrants
