Press Release – New York, NY – December 6, 2017 – Nationally recognized securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP announced today that it represented Pareteum Corporation (NYSE American: “TEUM”), a leading international provider of mobile networking software and services to the Mobile Network and Internet of Things markets, in a registered direct offering and private placement offering of 7,151,146 shares of common stock and restricted five-year warrants to purchase up to 7,151,146 shares of common stock exercisable at $1.09 per warrant.

The offering was priced at $0.92 per share of common stock. The Company received gross proceeds from the offering of approximately $6.58 million.
