(“MOMT”), a global mobile payments technology and processing company, in a private placement offering with accredited investors where MOMT sold an aggregate of 5,567 shares of Series F Preferred Stock.
MOMT issued another 2,329 shares of Series F Preferred Stock in connection with the automatic conversion of certain convertible promissory notes having outstanding aggregate principal equal to $2,080,000.
