Press Release – New York, NY – February 28, 2017 – Nationally recognized securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP announced today that it has represented Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC and Fordham Financial Management, Inc. as warrant solicitation agents in a $2.3 warrant exchange and exercise for Aytu Bioscience, Inc. (OTCQB “AYTU”).
As of the expiration of the tender offer to exchange the warrants from the May 2016 and October 2016 financings, 3,146,396 original warrants were tendered and exchanged at a price $.75 per share.
