Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP Represents Joseph Gunnar & Co. and Brookline Capital Markets in a $13.25 PIPE for MRI Interventions, Inc.

Press Release – New York, NY – May 26, 2017 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP announced today that it has represented Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC, as lead Placement Agent and Brookline Capital Markets, a division of CIM Securities, LLC, as co-Placement Agent in a $13.25 Million PIPE transaction for MRI Interventions, Inc. (OTCQB: MRIC) a medical device company that is creating innovative platforms for performing the next generation of minimally invasive surgical procedures in the brain.

The transaction consisted of units comprised of an aggregate of 6,625,000 shares of common stock and 6,625,000 common stock purchase warrants with an exercise price of $2.20 per share, for a combined purchase price of $2.00 per unit.
