Press Release – New York, NY – September 8, 2025 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced that it successfully obtained dismissal of a lawsuit against its clients Drgut Pelinkovic and related parties pending before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York in which plaintiff Matthew Tesla attempted to enforce an oral partnership under New York law in connection with an investment in cryptocurrency assets. All causes of action were dismissed as a matter of law under New York Partnership law and common law. The court dismissed the complaint with prejudice as the court found any further amendment of the complaint would be futile.
