The ordinary shares were approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market and commended trading on October 31, 2023. The offering consisted of 1,750,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share for gross total proceeds of $7,000,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses. Alpha Technology Group Limited is an established cloud-based IT solution service provider in Hong Kong.
