Press Release – New York, NY – December 18, 2024 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced today that it represented Newbridge Securities Corporation, the representative of the Underwriters, in connection with the initial public offering of 1,800,000 Class A ordinary shares of Netclass Technology Inc. at a price of $5.00 per share. The underwriters in the initial public offering were Newbridge Securities Corporation and Revere Securities, LLC. The Class A ordinary shares commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on December 13, 2024 and the offering  closed on December 16, 2024.
