Press Release – New York, NY – August 2, 2024 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced today that it represented Nature’s Miracle Holding Inc. (NASDAQ: NMHI; NMHIW), a growing agriculture technology company providing equipment and services to growers in the Controlled Environment Agriculture industry, in approximately $1.2 million public offering of 5,000,000 units at a public offering price of $0.24 per unit, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock and one Series A warrant to purchase one share of common stock.  EF Hutton LLC acted as the sole book running manager for the offering.
