Press Release – New York, NY – December 27, 2024 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced that it represented KULR Technology Group, Inc (NYSE AMERICAN: KULR), an electronic components and accessories manufacturer providing advanced energy management platforms, in an increase to the maximum aggregate offering amount of shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”) issuable under the At The Market Offering Agreement (the “Sales Agreement”) with Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC from $46,000,000 to $96,000,000 and filed a prospectus supplement under the Sales Agreement for the additional $50,000,000.
