Press Release – New York, NY – December 23, 2024 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced that it previously represented KULR Technology Group, Inc (NYSE AMERICAN: KULR), an electronic components and accessories manufacturer, in a $26 million upsizing of the maximum aggregate offering amount of the shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share issuable under an At The Market Offering Agreement (the “Sales Agreement”) with Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC, dated July 3, 2024, from $20,000,000 to $46,000,000 and filed a prospectus supplement under the Sales Agreement to sell an aggregate of up to $46,000,000 shares of common stock from time to time at prevailing market prices.
